ADR refers to any of a number of methods for resolving disputes, other than litigation. In NOAA, we use mediation and facilitated problem solving as alternatives or additions to the more lengthy processes of EEO complaints, grievances, or, on occasion, progressive discipline.
The ADR Program also offers various types of conflict prevention and resolution training and individual coaching and consultation
